Key Responsibilities
- Perform continuous, real-time monitoring of UPS system data and performance metrics.
- Analyze data trends to identify potential issues, anomalies, or areas for optimization.
- Generate regular reports on UPS system health, performance, and incident summaries.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate identified issues and provide data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate records of all monitoring activities, data points, and system changes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of monitoring protocols and data analysis techniques.
- Participate in training and development to stay current with UPS technologies and monitoring tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience with monitoring software and dashboard tools.

- Basic understanding of electrical systems and UPS technology principles.
