Job Description
Are you a high school student looking for an active, part-time job that lets you earn money while getting some exercise on weekends? Stater Bros. Markets is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Flyer Distributors to help us connect with our community in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is perfect for students who are responsible, enjoy being outdoors, and want to contribute to local marketing efforts for a well-loved grocery brand. You’ll be responsible for the timely and efficient distribution of promotional flyers in designated neighborhoods, informing residents about our latest specials, community events, and store offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute promotional flyers to residential areas in Rancho Cucamonga on weekends.
- Follow assigned distribution routes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Stater Bros. Markets.
- Ensure flyers are placed in appropriate locations (e.g., door hangers, mail slots, or designated areas, adhering to local regulations).
- Report any issues or challenges encountered during distribution to the supervisor.
- Track and report completed distribution areas as required.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, carrying materials.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent sense of direction and ability to navigate designated routes.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Rancho Cucamonga neighborhoods.
- Previous experience with flyer distribution, paper routes, or similar outdoor work.
