Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Shop Helpers to join our team for the upcoming weekend and holiday peak seasons. This role is crucial for maintaining our store’s appearance and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our guests. You will assist with various tasks on the sales floor, helping to keep our high-street location tidy, stocked, and inviting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced retail environment, particularly on weekends and during peak shopping times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tidying and organizing merchandise on sales floor shelves and displays.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for guests.
  • Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and backroom organization.
  • Retrieve shopping carts from parking lots and ensure their availability for guests.
  • Provide basic assistance to guests, such as directing them to product locations.
  • Support fellow team members with various operational tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry merchandise (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
