Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Shop Helpers to join our team for the upcoming weekend and holiday peak seasons. This role is crucial for maintaining our store’s appearance and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our guests. You will assist with various tasks on the sales floor, helping to keep our high-street location tidy, stocked, and inviting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced retail environment, particularly on weekends and during peak shopping times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tidying and organizing merchandise on sales floor shelves and displays.
- Help maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for guests.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and backroom organization.
- Retrieve shopping carts from parking lots and ensure their availability for guests.
- Provide basic assistance to guests, such as directing them to product locations.
- Support fellow team members with various operational tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry merchandise (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
