Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pharmacy Packing Associate to join our distribution center team in Fayetteville, NC. This is an entry-level position involving light manual work, primarily focused on accurately packing pharmaceutical products for shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay ensures you get your earnings consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack pharmaceutical products according to specific order requirements and safety guidelines.
  • Inspect products for damage or discrepancies before packing.
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the packing department.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform light manual labor for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
