Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all paid training programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations.
- Learn to accurately and efficiently process prescriptions, including data entry and medication preparation under pharmacist supervision.
- Assist pharmacists and other pharmacy staff in providing exceptional customer service to patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and direct questions to the pharmacist as appropriate.
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with general pharmacy duties.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies regarding pharmacy practices.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in pharmacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in any field.
- Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
