Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pinterest Project Coordinator with a strong business focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing Pinterest marketing campaigns, ensuring projects align with client business objectives, and driving successful outcomes. You will work closely with strategists, content creators, and clients to execute comprehensive Pinterest strategies, track performance, and contribute to overall campaign success. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to diverse and exciting projects from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of Pinterest marketing campaigns, from planning to launch and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications between clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
- Monitor campaign progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all Pinterest content and strategies align with client brand guidelines and business goals.
- Track and report on campaign performance, utilizing Pinterest Analytics and other tools to provide insights.
- Facilitate regular meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and ad specialists to ensure cohesive and effective Pinterest assets.
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest platform changes, trends, and best practices in visual marketing.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience working with Pinterest as a marketing platform, including organic and paid strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and business objectives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) for business.
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of design principles and visual content creation.
