Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Policy Writing Assistant to join our team in Salinas, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on various public policy topics, gathering data from diverse sources to support white paper development.
- Assist in outlining and structuring complex policy arguments and proposals for white papers and reports.
- Draft sections of white papers, policy briefs, and other relevant documents under the supervision of senior team members.
- Edit and proofread policy documents for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to established style guides.
- Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment of content.
- Maintain organized records of research materials and document revisions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance understanding of policy issues and writing best practices.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
