Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Billing Assistant to join our remote finance team. As a Billing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of financial data, supporting our billing cycles, and maintaining organized financial records. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile billing data, invoices, and payment records accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

  • Prepare and distribute billing statements and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data.
  • Support month-end closing procedures related to billing.
