Key Responsibilities

- Process patient registrations, update information, and handle basic inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing mail.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive patient experience.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
