Job Description
As a Remote Customer Support Auditor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of customer service that Amazon is known for. This 100% remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, utilizing your keen eye for detail and analytical skills to evaluate customer interactions. You will be responsible for reviewing recorded calls, chat transcripts, and email communications to ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations. Your insights will directly contribute to identifying areas for improvement, coaching opportunities for customer service associates, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Generate comprehensive audit reports and present findings to team leads and management.

- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in audit evaluations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon's products, services, and customer service policies.
