Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming email communications from various internal and external stakeholders.
- Categorize, tag, and archive emails effectively to maintain an organized and searchable inbox.
- Draft clear, concise, and professional email responses based on established guidelines and templates.
- Route emails to the appropriate departments or individuals for further action when necessary.
- Monitor and track email correspondence to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Identify common themes and develop strategies for improving email response efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent communication standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in email management platforms (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, custom CRM systems).
