Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our clients, with a strong focus on driving measurable results and achieving key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in social media platforms, analytics, and content optimization, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance brand presence, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives and performance goals.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, applying knowledge to enhance client strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and performance-driven social media content.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Ensure all social media activities comply with client brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media strategy and campaign management with a strong performance focus.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and present actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in content creation best practices for various social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset for the Canadian market, especially Quebec.
- Certifications in relevant social media platforms or digital marketing (e.g., Meta Certified Professional).
- Experience working in an agency environment.
