Job Description

Are you a driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a talent for building relationships? RE/MAX Québec is seeking a motivated Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. This is an incredible opportunity for a self-starter to leverage their sales skills from anywhere in Quebec, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting. As a Remote ISA, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in expanding our network and driving sales for our highly successful real estate brokers. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and contact potential leads through various channels (phone, email, CRM).
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, motivation, and timeline for buying or selling real estate.
  • Nurture prospective clients, building rapport and trust over time.
  • Set qualified appointments for our real estate brokers, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all communications and activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and brokers to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to market trends and sales techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment setting.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High-speed internet access and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
