Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote YouTube Channel Assistant to join our digital content team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about YouTube and digital media, looking to start their career in content management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our YouTube channels are efficiently managed, optimized, and consistently updated with high-quality content. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the specified region.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload videos to multiple YouTube channels, ensuring all technical specifications are met.
- Write compelling and SEO-friendly video titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Create and manage video thumbnails, end screens, and cards.
- Schedule video releases in alignment with content calendars and promotional strategies.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of video assets and metadata.
- Monitor video performance metrics and assist in generating basic reports.
- Stay up-to-date with YouTube's best practices, algorithm changes, and new features.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to optimize video content.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the YouTube platform and its features.
- Basic understanding of video file formats and resolution.
