Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Response Ranking Specialist to join our innovative team in Liverpool. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for evaluating and ranking AI-generated responses based on specific guidelines and quality metrics. Your work will directly contribute to improving the accuracy, relevance, and naturalness of artificial intelligence outputs, making AI more effective and user-friendly. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Critically evaluate and rank AI-generated textual and conversational responses according to provided guidelines.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on AI output quality and adherence to task instructions.
- Identify patterns and inconsistencies in AI performance and report findings to relevant teams.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all evaluations.
- Participate in calibration sessions and ongoing training to ensure understanding of evolving guidelines.
- Contribute to the refinement of evaluation guidelines and quality standards.
