Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Runners to join our team in Valencia. As a Restaurant Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by swiftly and accurately delivering food orders directly to our guests’ cars for takeout and curbside pickup. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be an essential link between our kitchen and our valued customers, ensuring every order arrives fresh and complete. This role offers the unique opportunity to earn tips directly from grateful customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely transport food orders from the kitchen to designated customer vehicles for curbside pickup.
- Verify order accuracy, ensuring all items, condiments, and utensils are included before delivery.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to coordinate timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the curbside pickup area.
- Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, answering any questions they may have.
- Assist with packaging takeout orders as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately for order payment when required.
