Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytical Lead to join our Global Enterprise team in San Jose, CA. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for our largest enterprise clients worldwide. You will lead analytical projects, drive strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, and develop data-driven strategies that optimize product performance, customer engagement, and business growth across a diverse portfolio of global accounts. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex analytical projects from conception to completion, focusing on global enterprise clients.
- Develop and present comprehensive data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to solve challenging business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and marketing to align analytical efforts with business objectives.
- Design and implement robust measurement frameworks, A/B tests, and predictive models.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the analytics team.
- Identify new opportunities for data utilization and analytical innovation to drive strategic value.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, analytical tools, and data privacy regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and modeling.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics Workspace.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and various data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
- Experience in a consulting environment or working directly with C-level executives.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading analytical initiatives.
