Job Description
Are you a sports enthusiast looking for a unique way to experience live games while earning some extra cash? Allied Universal is seeking observant and discreet individuals to join our team as Sporting Event Mystery Ushers in Pasco, Washington. This exciting part-time role allows you to attend various sporting events – from local league games to professional matches – and provide valuable feedback on the overall guest experience, venue operations, and staff performance. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to contribute to the excellence of live sporting events while enjoying the thrill of the game.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend assigned sporting events discreetly and anonymously as a regular attendee.
- Observe and evaluate the performance of event staff, including ushers, security, concessions, and ticketing personnel.
- Assess the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the venue facilities.
- Evaluate the guest experience, including queue times, clarity of signage, and resolution of common issues.
- Complete detailed reports and questionnaires after each event, providing objective feedback and constructive observations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all observations and findings.
- Adhere to all event rules and policies as a regular patron.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with project managers regarding scheduling and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and maintain anonymity.
- Reliable transportation to various event venues in the Pasco area.
- Basic computer proficiency for online report submission.
