Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned secret shopping visits to various local businesses, adhering to specific project guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate customer service interactions, store cleanliness, product placement, and overall shopping experience.
- Interact with staff in a natural manner while maintaining complete anonymity as a secret shopper.
- Accurately and thoroughly document findings and observations through online reports within specified deadlines.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback based on established criteria for each assignment.
- Manage your own schedule to complete assignments during designated store hours and around family commitments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
