Job Description
Join the team at Walmart as a Stock Replenishment Associate in our bustling retail warehouse in New Port Richey. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves, display areas, and backroom storage with new products according to store planograms and organizational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and effectively after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse and sales floor.
- Assist with inventory counts and discrepancies as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
