Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Dashers with efficient pickup and delivery of orders to customers.
- Verify order accuracy and packaging prior to dispatch.
- Help navigate routes and optimize delivery paths for multiple orders.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with merchants and occasionally customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
- Proficient in using smartphone applications for navigation and communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must be currently enrolled as a student.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Santa Monica and wider Los Angeles area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
