Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular on-site quality audits across various Walmart retail stores and service centers within the assigned region.
- Evaluate compliance with operational standards, merchandising guidelines, safety regulations, and customer service excellence protocols.
- Document audit findings accurately, identifying areas of non-compliance and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback to store management and service teams regarding audit results.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement corrective actions and best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and follow up on identified issues.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and tools.
- Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience by upholding service quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field, preferably within retail or service industries.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex operational guidelines and standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in using audit software or data collection tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent local travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certification in quality auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
- Experience with customer service assessment and mystery shopper programs.
- Familiarity with Walmart's operational procedures and systems.
