Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Student Office Team member in a professional healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing courteous and professional assistance to callers.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering when necessary.
  • Help organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
