Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst with a focus on Strategy & Insights to join our remote team. This role is crucial for driving strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with various departments, including operations, sales, and senior leadership, to identify market trends, evaluate business performance, and recommend strategies for growth and efficiency. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, design solutions, and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development of long-term business strategies and operational plans.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and analytical tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience in the BPO or Customer Experience Management industry.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
