Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Legal Inquiry Evaluator to join our remote team, focusing on legal technology. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and evaluating legal inquiries, data, and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper routing within our legal tech platforms. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a foundational understanding of legal terminology and processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of legal data and supporting the efficient operation of legal tech solutions for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate incoming legal inquiries, documents, and data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols.
  • Categorize and route legal inquiries to appropriate teams or systems using specialized legal tech tools.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information in legal documentation and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy and security regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify ambiguities and ensure consistent data evaluation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation processes and legal tech workflows.
  • Generate reports on evaluation metrics and inquiry trends as required.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on legal tech advancements and compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to analyze complex information with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and basic legal processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive legal information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or legal support role, particularly with a focus on data evaluation.
  • Prior experience working with legal technology platforms or case management systems.
  • Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Certifications in legal support or data management.
