Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity to learn the ropes of well testing and flowback operations from the ground up, with no prior experience required. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the setup, operation, and dismantling of flowback equipment.
- Monitor well flow parameters and record data accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Participate in site safety meetings and hazard assessments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Learn and understand basic well testing and flowback procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and challenging weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and practices.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role or outdoor work.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
