Job Description

Cedar Fair Entertainment Company is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Theme Park Mystery Guests for the summer season. In this unique and exciting temporary role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service and operations. You will visit designated theme parks within our portfolio, discreetly evaluate various aspects of the guest experience from an objective perspective, and provide detailed, constructive feedback. Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit assigned theme parks and attractions as a regular guest, blending seamlessly with other visitors.
- Thoroughly evaluate specific operational areas including ride experiences, food and beverage services, retail outlets, cleanliness, staff interactions, and overall park ambiance.
- Interact with park staff and observe guest services without revealing your identity or purpose.
- Complete detailed, objective reports on observations, adhering strictly to provided guidelines and checklists within specified timeframes.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by park operating hours and project needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your role, observations, and all company-related information.
- Travel to various Cedar Fair park locations as assigned, ensuring timely arrival and completion of evaluations.
