Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead tilers with the preparation of surfaces, including cleaning, leveling, and applying waterproofing membranes.
  • Learn to accurately measure, cut, and lay various types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.) under supervision.
  • Mix and apply mortar, grout, and adhesives according to project specifications.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tool cleanup and debris removal.
  • Transport materials and tools to and from the work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work site.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Show a proactive attitude towards learning and skill development.
