Key Responsibilities
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products manually or with pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations (even if informal).
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack – training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail.
