Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Wellness Retreat Assistant to join our dedicated team in the stunning BC Interior. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about wellness and hospitality to contribute to a transformative guest experience. As a Wellness Retreat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our programs, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and cared for throughout their stay. The role involves direct guest interaction, logistical support for retreat activities, and maintaining the tranquil environment of our resort. Staff housing is provided, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and community of the Okanagan region while developing your career in the wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with program registration, inquiries, and general support throughout their retreat experience.
- Prepare and set up various retreat spaces, including meditation rooms, workshop areas, and activity zones.
- Coordinate with wellness practitioners and instructors to ensure timely execution of scheduled activities.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of retreat areas, ensuring a serene and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including managing schedules and booking appointments.
- Act as a friendly and helpful point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and resolving minor issues.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality and personal growth.
