Job Description

We are seeking a highly articulate and empathetic WFH Customer Liaison to join our remote team. In this professional written role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns exclusively through digital channels such as email, live chat, and secure messaging. This is a critical role requiring exceptional written communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain a professional and helpful tone in all interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, live chat, and secure messaging platforms.
