Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet WFH Executive Liaison to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to Netflix’s top management. This critical role requires a high level of professionalism, independent judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fully remote setting, demonstrating impeccable communication skills and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of executive-level activities, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across multiple time zones for senior executives.
  • Organize and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations, reports, and agendas.
  • Facilitate seamless communication flow between executives, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries as requested by executives.
  • Act as a central point of contact for inquiries, prioritizing and redirecting as appropriate.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by top management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or top management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to task management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working within the entertainment or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
