Job Description

This role is 100% remote and focuses exclusively on providing exceptional support and engagement through Google Chat – no phone calls required. You will be instrumental in assisting users, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a positive and efficient communication flow within our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate text-based support and information to users via Google Chat.
- Diagnose and resolve user issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document all interactions, solutions, and feedback meticulously within our internal systems.
- Monitor chat channels for trends, common questions, and opportunities to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, service updates, and support policies.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal knowledge base articles and user guides.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and punctuation.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Chat).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a remote customer support or chat-based service role.
- Familiarity with CRM software or helpdesk ticketing systems.
