Job Description

We are looking for a nurturing and responsible Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in Anaheim. This role offers the flexibility to work around your existing commitments, providing invaluable support to local families. You’ll engage children in age-appropriate activities, ensure their safety, and foster a positive, stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, educational, and fun age-appropriate activities for children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Assist with light meal preparation and snacks for children.
- Maintain a tidy and organized play and common area.
- Facilitate children's daily routines, including homework help and bedtime (if applicable).
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding children's activities and progress.
Required Skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuinely loving demeanor towards children.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Ability to engage children in creative, educational, and outdoor activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare (babysitting, nannying, tutoring, camp counseling).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Currently enrolled in or possessing a degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with reliable transportation (if transportation of children is required).
