Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level AI Model Evaluator to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to contribute to the development and refinement of cutting-edge AI models. As an AI Model Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in assessing the performance, accuracy, and relevance of various AI outputs, providing critical feedback to improve our products and services. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA, contributing to projects that shape the future of technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and score AI model outputs based on predefined guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and errors in AI-generated content, responses, or classifications.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and actionable feedback to AI development teams.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation across the team.
- Stay updated with evolving guidelines and contribute to their improvement.
- Perform data annotation and labeling tasks to support AI model training.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding evaluation progress and challenges.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and adapt to guideline changes.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and web navigation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
