Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in tech support? Best Buy Canada is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Tech Support Advisors in our Pointe-Claire store. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, full gadget training to equip you with all the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. You’ll work directly with customers, diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring their technology works seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive training on a wide range of consumer electronics and tech support processes.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable tech support in-store.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with various devices, including computers, mobile phones, smart home devices, and more.
- Explain technical solutions and product features clearly to customers with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Assist customers with setup, installation, and basic repairs.
- Process service requests and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with new product releases and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and store performance.
