Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries at the front desk.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including room tidying, linen changes, and restocking amenities.
- Support the food and beverage team by assisting with breakfast service, table setup, and clearing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, including the lobby, dining area, and restrooms.
- Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation as needed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety guidelines, and brand standards.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weight for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (e.g., OnQ, Opera).
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
