Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally perceptive and analytical ‘Apple Sentiment Guru’ to join our remote market research team. This specialized role will focus entirely on deep-diving into public sentiment surrounding Apple’s extensive portfolio of products, services, and overall brand perception. Leveraging advanced sentiment analysis techniques and sophisticated market research methodologies, you will uncover actionable insights, identify emerging trends, and provide strategic recommendations to our clients who are keenly interested in the Apple ecosystem. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive sentiment analysis on Apple-related discussions across a multitude of public platforms including social media, online forums, news articles, and product review sites.
  • Utilize cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) tools and methodologies to extract nuanced insights, identify emotional drivers, and categorize feedback accurately.
  • Monitor Apple's brand reputation diligently, identify potential PR risks or opportunities, and track the competitive landscape pertaining to Apple's market position.
  • Develop and present detailed reports, interactive dashboards, and compelling presentations that synthesize complex sentiment data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including market research analysts, data scientists, and client success managers, to integrate sentiment insights into broader research initiatives and client strategies.
  • Stay continuously abreast of industry trends, major Apple product launches, software updates, and the general technology landscape to maintain expert-level knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in market research, specifically with a strong focus on sentiment analysis and brand monitoring.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, unstructured datasets and identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Proficiency with leading sentiment analysis software (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, etc.) or demonstrated experience with NLP tools and libraries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • A deep and current understanding of the Apple ecosystem, including its products, services, corporate strategy, and target demographics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with high efficiency in a 100% remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
  • Prior experience working with or for major technology brands, particularly those in the consumer electronics or software sectors.
  • Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python with Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Certification in advanced analytics, market research methodologies, or specific sentiment analysis platforms.
