Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Analytics Specialist with a strong focus on AI and Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leveraging advanced analytics to extract actionable insights from large datasets, supporting strategic decision-making across various business functions. You will be instrumental in developing analytical models, creating robust BI dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, impactful business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models, including AI/ML techniques, to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across various departments (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, finance, sales) to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and business performance deviations, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information used for critical decision-making processes.
  • Evangelize data-driven decision-making processes and provide training to end-users on BI tools and reports.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in data analytics, AI, and business intelligence to continuously improve our capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and optimization.
  • Strong experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) for dashboard and report development.
  • Demonstrated experience with data modeling and database design principles.
  • Proficiency in a scripting language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) for data storage and processing.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or logistics industries.
  • Project management skills and experience working in Agile environments.
