Job Description

Power is seeking an Evening Secret Shopper to join our team in the vibrant Pearl District of Portland, Oregon. This crucial role involves discreetly evaluating customer service, store cleanliness, and overall retail experience on the High Street, with assignments completed daily by 9 PM. Your feedback will provide invaluable insights, helping businesses enhance their customer interactions and operational excellence. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to industry-leading research without needing prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet, unbiased shopping visits to assigned retail establishments in the Pearl District.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff attentiveness, product knowledge, store appearance, and transaction efficiency.
- Accurately record and report findings using our online platform immediately after each visit, ensuring all details are captured.
- Adhere strictly to assigned schedules and specific shopping scenarios, with all tasks completed daily by 9 PM.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all assignments and findings.
- Provide constructive, detailed feedback that is objective and fact-based.
