Job Description

Zendesk is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Customer Service Trainee to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete an intensive training program covering Zendesk products, customer service tools, and communication techniques.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email, chat, and other online channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, account navigation, and feature explanations.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service quality.
  • Continuously learn about new product features and updates to better support customers.
