Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Quality Auditor with a focus on retail and service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site audits to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices across various retail and service locations. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of product quality, customer service, and operational excellence. The position involves regular travel within the designated region to perform inspections, identify areas for improvement, and report findings. Weekly payouts provide consistent compensation for your valuable contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough on-site audits of retail stores and service centers to assess quality, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Verify adherence to brand guidelines, safety protocols, merchandising standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Document audit findings accurately and comprehensively, including observations, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to location management for improvements.
  • Collaborate with store and service center teams to facilitate understanding and implementation of quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor follow-up actions to ensure identified issues are resolved effectively and promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and company policies relevant to quality assurance.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of audit checklists and quality assurance procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality auditing, retail operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail and service industry best practices and operational standards.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report generation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet audit schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience with auditing software or quality management systems.
  • Certification in quality auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
  • Proven ability to influence positive change without direct authority.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) is a plus.
