Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Grocery Stocking Auditor to join our night replenishment team in Detroit, MI. This critical role involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our overnight stocking operations, focusing on inventory integrity, shelf presentation, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards for product availability and customer satisfaction by verifying that all products are correctly received, stocked, and displayed according to planograms and company policies during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of stocked shelves and backroom inventory during night replenishment shifts.
- Verify product placement, pricing, and labeling accuracy against planograms and system data.
- Identify and report discrepancies in stock levels, damaged goods, and expired products.
- Monitor replenishment processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with night crew supervisors and team members to address and resolve stocking issues.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain accurate records of findings and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during audit activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for process improvements in night stocking operations.
Required Skills

- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and report generation.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and bend for extended periods.
