Job Description

This ‘learn on the job’ role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to build a foundation in bookkeeping from the comfort of their home. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior bookkeepers with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Learn to reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Support in preparing financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Assist with data entry and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients (as required) in a professional manner.
- Actively participate in training sessions and embrace learning new accounting software and processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
