Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Part-time Residential Concierge to join our team for a weekend front desk role at a luxury residential property in Decatur, GA. This pivotal role is perfect for an individual who thrives on providing outstanding customer service, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and contributing to a positive community environment during weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet residents and visitors, offering assistance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Handle package deliveries, logging them accurately and notifying residents for pickup.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
  • Assist residents with various requests, including amenity bookings, reservation management, and local information.
  • Monitor security cameras and manage access control systems as needed.
  • Coordinate with building management and maintenance staff on resident issues or service requests.
  • Prepare daily reports and logs for management, detailing activities and incidents.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations (preferably 1+ year).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite) and ability to learn new property management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A professional and positive attitude with a strong service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a residential concierge or luxury hotel front desk role.
  • Familiarity with local Decatur attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
