Job Description
We are seeking highly discreet and meticulous individuals to join our exclusive team as Luxury Brand Secret Shoppers. This unique contract role involves evaluating the customer experience at high-end retail establishments across various luxury sectors, including fashion, jewelry, automotive, hospitality, and more. Your mission will be to provide unbiased, detailed feedback on service quality, product presentation, brand ambiance, and overall customer journey. This role demands exceptional observational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the utmost discretion, ensuring that the integrity of the luxury brands and our research remains uncompromised. Successful candidates will contribute significantly to maintaining and enhancing the premium standards that define the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert visits to assigned luxury retail locations, acting as a genuine customer.
- Engage with sales associates and staff to evaluate service quality, product knowledge, and attentiveness.
- Observe and assess store cleanliness, product merchandising, ambiance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Purchase items as required by project guidelines, ensuring a complete customer journey assessment.
- Complete comprehensive, objective, and timely reports detailing your findings and experiences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments, observations, and purchased items.
- Adhere to all project instructions and submission deadlines with precision.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to help luxury brands improve their customer experience.
