Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Feedback Assistant to join our FedEx Ground team. This is a 100% remote position, focused on gathering and analyzing customer opinions and feedback to help improve our services and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be instrumental in listening to our customers, identifying key trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that enhance the FedEx Ground experience. Key Responsibilities
- Actively collect customer feedback and opinions through various digital channels and surveys.
- Accurately document, categorize, and tag feedback data for trend analysis.
- Identify recurring themes, pain points, and areas for improvement in FedEx Ground services.
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing feedback insights and recommendations for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer perspectives and support improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer data.
- Participate in remote team meetings and training sessions as required.
