Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Weekend Hotel Concierge to join our esteemed team. This part-time professional service role is crucial in delivering personalized, high-quality assistance to our guests, ensuring their weekend stays are seamless and extraordinary. The ideal candidate will be the go-to resource for local insights, travel arrangements, dining recommendations, and any special requests, embodying the spirit of luxury hospitality and creating lasting positive impressions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
  • Offer comprehensive information on local attractions, events, dining, and transportation.
  • Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and entertainment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinate special requests such as flower delivery, spa appointments, or bespoke experiences.
  • Maintain a detailed log of guest requests and services provided.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and outstanding guest experience.
  • Stay informed about hotel services, facilities, and local area happenings.
  • Provide professional and personalized recommendations tailored to individual guest preferences.

Preferred Qualifications
