Job Description
As an AI Ad Content Reviewer at Google, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and quality of our advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for reviewing ad content, ensuring compliance with Google’s advertising policies, and providing feedback to improve our automated AI review systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding our standards for user experience and trust. You will work closely with policy, engineering, and product teams to safeguard our users and advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate ad content (text, images, videos) against Google's advertising policies and guidelines.
- Identify and escalate potential policy violations, misinformation, or harmful content.
- Provide high-quality, consistent, and accurate feedback to AI systems to improve automated content moderation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy, engineering, and legal, to refine policy enforcement and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving advertising trends, policy changes, and technological advancements.
- Participate in calibration sessions and training to maintain review accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements for content review workflows.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in content review, moderation, or a similar analytical role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle policy nuances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make consistent decisions under pressure.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms and content policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered content moderation tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (beyond English) is a plus.
- Understanding of global content regulatory frameworks and cultural sensitivities.
- Experience working in a technology or media company.
