Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls, emails, or chats promptly and professionally.
  • Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide information, and guide customers through solutions using various tools and resources.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues according to established protocols.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with various software applications.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment.
  • Experience with CRM software or similar customer interaction platforms.
  • Bilingual capabilities (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Associate's degree or some college coursework.
